Affinity Clubs

 
The Club currently has eight Affinity Clubs or “Clubs within the Club” for members that share similar interests. The Club continues to add Affinity Clubs as members express interest in starting new clubs. Below is a brief description on the current Affinity Club offerings. Automobile Appreciation Club
This Club was created for all Members who have a passion and love for the automobile.
Owning a special automobile is not a requirement.

Join us for eight meetings held annually at a variety of locations such as the Biltmore Estate,
and the Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens to name a few.

Barley & Hops Society
Take the opportunity to experience premium beers from
around the world when you join the Barley & Hops Society.

Join us for 10 meetings held throughout the year in a relaxed setting.
Each tasting will include five beers as well as hors d’oeuvres.
The Barley & Hops Society offers fellowship, fun and opportunities
to further your knowledge in the world of beers.

Culinary Academy
Would you like to learn more about cooking? Members of the Culinary Academy get hands on experience from Chef Charles and his staff. Enjoy six classes a year with one on one training with our Executive Chef and his staff.

Golf Club
Golf Club Members enjoy playing golf at top rated area golf courses while getting to know fellow Members who enjoy hitting the links.

Participate in eight golf outings at prestigious private area/regional golf and country clubs.
Two complimentary City Club cocktail parties.

Investment Strategy Club
Members of this Club will learn about various investment strategies.
Topics will include:
Stocks, Bonds, Commodities, Real Estate,
Precious Metals, Artwork, Antiques, plus more

The Club will conduct 10 meetings per year where a presentation will be made
and lunch will be served. Join fellow Members for lunch, fellowship, education and
potential opportunities to enhance your individual investment portfolio.

City Kids Club
If you have children or grandchildren and enjoy bringing them to the City Club, we have a Club just for them. Membership in the City Kids Club includes the following:

Scotch & Humidor Society
The Members of the Scotch & Humidor Society enjoy single malt and
blended scotch whiskies along with limited production cigars, and the camaraderie
of fellow Members who share the same passion for both.

You will enjoy three Annual Scotch & Cigar Tastings with one complimentary
guest pass annually to bring a non-member to a tasting.

Vintner’s Club
With over 100 Members, the Vintner’s Club is our most popular Affinity Club. Members enjoy sampling wines from around the world and meeting other Members who share this common interest.

Membership Entitles You To:
Complimentary admission to monthly wine tastings
Ability to purchase wines featured that evening at 20% over cost
