Located on the Lower Club level, the Queen Charlotte Ballroom offers breathtaking views of the city and elegant crystal chandeliers.  This room is the club’s most versatile room.  It is able to accommodate small to large groups and most audio visual needs.

Located on the Lower Club level, the Mecklenburg Room is our largest ballroom.

The Mecklenburg Ballroom features two fixed bars, floor to ceiling windows, two wings with ballroom height ceilings, and one frosted glass door for creating separate spaces. The Mecklenburg Room also adjoins to the Wine Room with a second frosted glass door.

Located at the top of the grand staircase, the Hornets Nest and Bar is the largest of the Upper Club’s private rooms.

Located on the lower level of the club and nestled between the Queen Charlotte and Mecklenburg Ballrooms. This room is beautifully appointed with wine lockers that surround the space. Enjoy the gas fireplace and a fantastic west view of the city and mountains. A favorite of the members, and their guests.

Located on the upper level of the Club and overlooking the Mecklenburg Room. Reserved for Member dining during normal Club operating hours, the Grill Room has spectacular views of the city and the surrounding landscapes. The Grill Room is a comfortable club like room that can facilitate many types of events. The room has a beautiful sitting area and gas fireplace, as well as a 20 foot cherry bar, along with 4 flat screen TV’s.

Conference Style: up to 48 people using the existing set up of tables and chairs

The Corner Suite is a favorite of many of our members! It is a cozy retreat, complete with a working fireplace and sitting area located in the Upper Club.

Just off of the Hornets Nest, the Cigar Lounge and Billiards Room are two rooms that are separated by a large pocket door. These rooms can be used separately or together as a small dining/meeting area. The Cigar Lounge has a game table and dart board while the Billiards Room has a billiards table which can convert into a dining/meeting table.
